This activity is started by the PeacenoteProject , which was born from the U.S.-Japan alliance, where United States and Japan have surpassed each other's sufferings of the past war and are now leading world peace.

It was 75 years ago, the end of World War II (Pacific War), 1945 (Showa 20), August 6, 2007 at 8:15 a.m. The United States Military was the first in the world to use the nuclear weapon "little boy" against the city of Hiroshima in Japan.  It was just a one-shot combat use.

This was the first nuclear attack against the city in human history, and this nuclear attack killed 166,000 people in Hiroshima City within four months of the bombing. However, during this period, the whole world was competing with one another and constructing nuclear weapons. While the first nuclear weapon was used by the United States, it would've been equally plausible for any other country to use nuclear weapons against the human race.

75 years ago, 166,000 people died within four months. We can only imagine the casualties that would be caused by present day technology that is 50 or 100 times more stronger compared to 75years ago.

What we want is to maintain world peace so that we can learn from the past and not repeat the same mistakes! 75 years of peace and trying to eliminate nuclear weapons have passed since the atomic bombing in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. However, in reality, it is difficult to understand the current international situation.

Achieving peace and eliminating nuclear weapons can only be realized if the action to neutralize nuclear weapon is fully supported by military power and the latest technology of the United States and Japan.

To achieve true peace, we believe humanity as a whole must realize the necessity of eliminating nuclear weapons.

Together with these wishes, the Project will convey to the American people the realities of the 12 U.S. soldiers who were victimized by the atomic bombing. They story of the U.S.  soldiers were not widely known. We will screen and bring awareness to a documentary film, "Paper Lantern" as a memorial to all the victims.

To the public, we ask for your support in any way that you can, such as donating $3, $1 for each of the three goals. Our three goals are as follows:

① To support the director of "Paper Lantern" Barry Flechettes, and his activities for peace.

② the cost and maintenance costs to build a memorial of American soldiers who died from the atomic bomb in Hiroshima Peace Park and United States Arlington Cemetery.

③ From a Project  of a U.S.-Japan Alliance, to fund the activities of the Peacenote Project and it's mission to contribute towards world peace.

Our first goal is to gain support from a million people, and to build the memorial for American soldiers in Hiroshima Peace Park and Arlington Cemetery.
However, even after the memorial construction, we will contribute to world peace by launching the world's first SNS feature dedicated towards peace making. This SNS feature will be centered and based on the peace between the US-Japan alliance.
